TV Presenting

Whilst at university, I was involved with the student television channel, Fuse TV. From being Head of News to Station Manager, I produced and presented live news broadcasts, investigation documentaries and lifestyle shows. My documentary, Coronavirus: A Not-So Student Life was produced, presented and edited entirely by myself, and during my time as Station Manager I commissioned live weekly newscasts, and presented a topical entertainment show which highlighted the best of what the station offered. All of the work on this page was broadcast during my time at Fuse TV.

Coronavirus: A Not-So Student Life

I produced, presented and edited this documentary alone, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Exploring how students lives were impacted by the various lockdowns across the UK, I put students in the picture of a story where they felt they were left behind.

Fuse News

Fuse News LIVE

As the COVID-19 pandemic meant that many could not meet in person, myself and the Fuse TV team secured a grant to use online livestreaming software to produce weekly news programmes during the 2020/21 academic year. This saw me present live, write news scripts and source news on a weekly basis.

General Election 2019

In the run up to the 2019 General Election, I produced, presented, filmed and edited packages and explainers so students felt informed and ready to vote.

Fuse TV Today

I created and produced Fuse TV Today to highlight the best of what the student station was offering on its YouTube channel, and to give the student body a sneak peak at the behind the scenes of the projects.

Students' Union Elections

The Students' Union Elections were a large part of the live output of Fuse TV in 2021, and I presented hustings, daily updates and the results programme of that years vote.
